Mid-length documentary directed by Nadine Valcin
Urban Tomorrows is a documentary focused on urban issues at the local level and on a worldwide scale. The neighbourhoods we live in determine the distances we have to travel for work, our access to the services we need, the people we share our communities with, the schools our children attend, the green spaces and public transit that are available to us—in short, our quality of life. Questions of housing and the physical and socioeconomic environment in towns and cities are central to the social challenges we face. What will the cities of the future look like? How can we ensure that they will be inclusive, equitable, and welcoming? The documentary will examine possible solutions here at home and around the world, with the aim of inspiring citizens everywhere to demand a brighter future for their cities.
